Midland Air Service Experts was excited to volunteer with the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. April 2016 is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this incredible event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the top nonprofit supporting research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial assistance for families.
Midland Air Service Experts donated $1000 to this incredible cause and the nationwide event has gathered $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been volunteering for the event since 2014 and her father’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s riding group gets involved every year because they can have a good time and ride motorcycles, all for this incredible cause.” Check out Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The sweet motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
