Then when i called back, I was told that a tech would be there between 5-7pm on 5/27. At 930pm I called back and was told that it would be 8-10am on 5/28. At 930am I called to check the status of the tech coming out, at 945am I was called back and told tech was on the way. Tech did show up and diagnosed the issue. Tech was polite and great. He called on the following Tuesday to tell me my part was coming in and made an appt to install it on Monday 6/5 8-10am. Monday 6/5 at 930am I called to check on the status of tech only to be told that my part had not come in, they had to reschedule me for the following Monday 6/12, I requested the 12-4 appt. On Sunday, 6/11 I received an email confirming my appt for 6/12 but for 8-12. The tech did come out and replace the worn out part. I did not appreciate not receiving a call or email or text about my parts not coming in for my 6/5 appt, I delayed going into work to be there for the tech, but when I called, the lady that answered the phone told me that she had been meaning to call me.....ugh! When I signed up for the maintenance program, I was told that when I needed service, I would have priority. I was basically told during my original call that it would be 4-5 days before someone could come out, how is that priority? Why was I not notified that my parts had not come in BEFORE my appt time had almost past on 6/5? Why was I asked about my preferred appt time for 6/12 only to be scheduled for another time but not notified of the changed appt time until the night before via email? Why do all your calls go through a call center only to be received by individuals who do not speak clear english? Why did I pay $70 something dollars to replace a capacitor 2 years ago only to have it replaced again on 6/13 but for a cost of $289? Why did I request twice that the capacitor be replaced only for the tech to show up without one - having to leave to go get one? I asked why the 4 hour appt window when it used to be 2 hrs, I was told that it was so Climate Control could assist customers with down units in between appts - yet I was told 4 days before someone could come diagnose my unit. My unit is under warranty, I have a service contract, I have my unit serviced twice a year, I installed the UV light under the advice of the previous techs, yet when I needed help the most, I feel like I was put on the back burner. Happy my unit is back up and running, not happy with the customer service I received throughout this situation."

Coil had a hole and the overflow sensor failed causing water to damage the ceiling. All I got from Gordon's is well it's passed the 1 year installation warranty so I have to pay the labor and file a claim with homeowners insurance to have ceiling fixed. I just paid $22,000, now $1400 for labor to fix and $2000 to repair the ceiling. As a company who installs these products when a product fails, help them recover the costs from the manufacturer. Not it's past warranty and you have to cover the cost. They also didn't clean up behind themselves, insulation littered all over the garage floor and even though the ceiling is already damaged, one of them stepped on the dry wall putting a whole in it that you could see into house. But never said anything just left the hole. Also, the cost of labor with the 15 percent membership discount was higher than another companies regular price."
